Beginner's Course & Trial
Since we do Submission Grappling (No-Gi), please wear clean athletic shorts (without pockets/zippers) and a snug-fitting t-shirt or rash guard. Loose clothing, jewelry, and shoes are not allowed on the mats.
Yes. Adults get a free trial class on the Beginner's Course — book it from the "Book a Free Trial" button on our home page, or via WhatsApp. For children, the first session is always free. If you'd rather join an ongoing (non-beginner) class instead, that's a paid drop-in or single-entry guest pass.
No! Martial arts training is designed to get you in shape. Our coaches are trained to help beginners scale physical drills to their current capability so they can adapt safely.
Kid's Program FAQs
We keep close track of when your child last attended, their skill milestones, and promotions. You don't have to stress about scheduling exams - our coaches promote kids organically as they hit target competencies.
Yes. Our kids BJJ curriculum uses a games-based, ecological framework. Instead of aggressive sparring, children learn spatial control and core mechanics through highly engaging, safe movement play guided closely by professional coaches.
